HoneyGrove (Hive) Loyalty Program

Terms & Conditions (Effective January 2026)

Please note: The Hive Loyalty Program is only available at the HoneyStash store located in Metuchen, NJ at this time.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Honey Grove Loyalty Program (the “Program”), also known as the Hive Loyalty Program, operated by HoneyGrove South Corporation, doing business as Honey Grove and Honey Stash (“Honey Grove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any updates or modifications made from time to time.

1. Program Overview

The Honey Grove Loyalty Program is designed to reward enrolled customers for qualifying purchases through the accumulation and redemption of loyalty points, tier-based perks, and exclusive member offers. Enrollment is free and optional.

Participation is available only to customers who meet eligibility requirements and remain in compliance with these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Qualifying Purchase: A completed transaction at a HoneyGrove or HoneyStash location, excluding taxes, fees, discounts, gift cards, and other non-eligible items.

• Member: An eligible individual who has successfully enrolled in the Program.

• Points: Loyalty points earned through Qualifying Purchases and eligible promotions.

• Tier: A Member’s loyalty status level, determined by purchase activity and engagement over a rolling six-month period.

• Redemption: The application of Points toward eligible rewards or discounts on future purchases.

3. Enrollment & Eligibility

• Enrollment is free.

• Members must provide required information and opt in to receive marketing communications via email, SMS, push notifications, or via the HoneyGrove mobile app.

• Enrollment can be completed:

  • Online at honeygrovedispensary.com

  • Through the Honey Grove mobile app

  • In-store with assistance from a budtender

• Loyalty points and perks are not retroactive for purchases made before enrollment.

• To remain active, Members must complete at least one Qualifying Purchase within a rolling six-month period.

Failure to make a qualifying purchase within a rolling six-month period will result in account inactivity and termination, as outlined in Section 7.

4. Earning Points

• Members earn 1 Point for every $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases.

• Point value conversion:
  100 Points = $5.00 in reward value

• Points accrue automatically through Alpine IQ and are synced with the Dutchie POS system.

• Special promotions (e.g., double points, bonus points) may be offered at HoneyGrove’s discretion and are subject to specific terms and time limits.

5. Redeeming Points

• Points may be redeemed starting at 100 Points per transaction.

• Minimum and maximum redemption limits vary by loyalty tier.

• Points may be redeemed only for eligible rewards listed in the Alpine IQ Rewards Catalog and/or the Honey Grove mobile app.

• Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

• Expired discounts, rewards, or perks cannot be reactivated or reissued.

6. Tier Requirements & Benefits

• Tier status is based on qualifying spend and engagement within a rolling six-month period.

• Each tier has:

  • A minimum purchase requirement

  • A maximum redemption allowance per transaction

  • Access to tier-specific perks and rewards

• Certain rewards and offers may be exclusive to higher tiers and unavailable to lower tiers.

7. Inactivity, Expiration, and Account Termination

• Points expire 180 days after the most recent qualifying purchase if no additional qualifying purchase is made.

• Accounts with no qualifying purchase in a rolling six-month period (180 days) will be deemed inactive and terminated.

• Upon termination due to inactivity:

  • A one-time coupon code will be issued equal to the Member’s point balance or a maximum of 300 Points ($15 value), whichever is less.

  • Any points exceeding 300 Points will be forfeited.

  • Issued coupon codes are valid for 30 days only and expire thereafter.

8. Birthday Rewards

• Birthday rewards are valid only during the Member’s birthday month.

• Unused birthday rewards expire at the end of the birthday month and cannot be reissued.

9. Bonus Points & Promotions

• Promotional offers are subject to:

  • Specific eligibility requirements

  • Defined time frames

  • Product or category limitations

• Bonus points and promotions are not retroactive and will not apply to purchases outside the stated promotion period or conditions.

10. Communications & Privacy

• Participation in the Program requires consent to receive program-related and promotional communications.

• Opting out of marketing communications will result in automatic termination of Program participation and forfeiture of unused Points.

• Member data is handled in accordance with HoneyGrove’s Privacy Policy.

11. Fraud, Abuse, and Disputes

• HoneyGrove reserves the right to revoke Points, Rewards, or Membership in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse.

• Points disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the transaction in question.

• HoneyGrove’s determination regarding disputes is final.

12. Program Modifications

HoneyGrove reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be communicated via the website, email, or app notification where required.

Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Cancellation by Member

Members may cancel participation at any time by:

• Opting out of marketing communications, or

• Visiting a Honey Grove location for staff assistance

All unused Points are forfeited upon cancellation.

14. Legal Terms

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Camden County, New Jersey.

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
