How Curbside Pickup Works

1. Place Your Order Online

Complete your order through our online menu and select Curbside Pickup at checkout.

2. Arrive at the Store

Park in a designated curbside pickup space.

3. Let Us Know You’re Here

Call the store when you arrive and be ready to provide:

• Your name (as listed on the order)
• Your vehicle make, model, and color
• Your payment method (cash or debit)

4. ID Check & Payment

A HoneyGrove associate will come to your vehicle to:

• Verify your valid, government-issued ID
• Collect payment (cash or debit)

5. Order Delivery

Your order and receipt will be delivered directly to your vehicle once everything is confirmed.

Customer Requirements

To use curbside pickup, you must:

• Be 21 years or older
  
• Present a valid government-issued photo ID
  
• Remain in your vehicle at all times
• Complete payment before your order is released

No valid ID = no sale

Important Compliance Information

• Cannabis products may not be opened or consumed on the premises
  
• All curbside transactions are completed in person
  
• Orders are transferred directly from a licensed dispensary associate to the customer

About Tipping

Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

If you’d like to tip your budtender, tips may be added during a debit transaction or handled discreetly in cash.
